Positive: Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices
Negative: The apartment's location is a bit challenging when you need to go to the main hotel pool. It is a 5-minute walk or 1-minute drive, but still, you need to go out and then back in! We stayed 5 days and used the pool once!
Summary: Very nice place with fair lifts and slopes. If you need more, it is very close to Kitzbuhel!

Positive: We, a family of 5, enjoyed staying at the related apartment to the main hotel (this was not totally clear from the ad but was not a problem at all!). The hotel is fantastic and kept our kids busy for hours each day. The location was great and we ran out of time to do all that we wanted (it was our first time to Austria). Will stay again!
Negative: Very good! There is a factory down the road that can be a little visually off-putting on arrival/departure and on occassion the cattle farm on which the hotel is situated (for local milk and yogurts that you can buy!) produce the 'fragrances of nature' that some may not prefer.

Positive: The friendliness of the staff. The cleanness of the room. The location of the facility. Close to the local SKI center but also close to Kitzbuhel's.
Negative: The apartment was very warm. After requesting the heat to be reduced, the facilities manager mentioned that is was centrally controlled and that was not possible.

Positive: Very friendly staff, great location with a stunning view on the Wilder Kaiser, amazing wellness center at the hotel. The appartment was confortable and well equiped. Easy parking. Although there was no snow anymore in the valley and the lifts nearby the hotel were already closed, we were able to go to Kitzbühel by train from the appartment, which was quick, confortable and free of charge with the Mobile pass!
Negative: The kitchen in the appartment would need a refresher, but everything works well. An oven would be great!
Summary: Great location, great staff, great time!
